This total mind & body workout is invented by aerial performer Christopher Harrison—a former gymnast and Broadway choreographer. From Hollywood to Bollywood celebs, athletes, gym-lovers & yoga buffs, everyone is head over heels about this art form of movements. It is meant for everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners and teachers.

Below are the disclaimers and contradictions regarding AntiGravity Fitness Classes. If you are suffering or have any of the following health concerns or conditions, you are not eligible to join for AntiGravity Fitness Classes.

  6. Any recent surgeries
  7. Pregnant Women
  8. Suffering from any chronic pain
  9. For age 15 years and above

It is one of best and safest aerial fitness forms.

  1. Learn and practice with senior professional certified teachers
  2. Classes begin with some warm up with Yoga asana practice
  3. Stretch, exercise and have fun in the hammocks.
  4. At the end of the class, relax like a baby in a cocoon in the hammocks!
