About Sukshma Yoga

Each us of us have unique bodies and also unique health issues and ailments. Our Yoga has to be mindful of this and yet take us forward into wellness. This is where personal coaching really helps. Our instructors are trained to work with specific conditions of your body to create the perfect yoga regimen for you.
They can also create accelerated journeys for you reach more advanced levels in your yoga practice.

      The Krishna Wellness Way

      At Krishna Wellness Yoga Centre, our trained teachers know what Gentle Yoga means so you get the benefit of your yoga practice without injury or strain. Our specially designed classes will ensure that you experience Yoga with gentleness and calm.

      Our Yoga teachers understand that for those who are beginners to yoga practice or for senior citizens , one must communicate the process properly and progress with the practice in a slow and steady manner , ensuring comfort at all times.

      These classes are conducted daily to ensure that you make yoga practice a wonderful habit in a gentle and calm way. These classes consist of the the right mix of understanding and practcing asana with pranayama and meditation. Chanting is also included on some days.

      Practice Yoga in nature amidst ancient trees and nature and reap all its benefits for your health and fitness, weight loss or for healing.

      The yoga sessions here are very effective. Shyam Sir sessions are very effective with lot of varieties in Asanas and is extremely motivating, and the other teachers are doing a great job, Dhakshayani mam teaches nice stretching exercises. I've experienced many health benefits and feel much more peaceful since joining. Overall, practicing yoga here is a valuable investment in your body and well-being."

      Sri Krishna Yoga  Centre has been my yoga family now for more than 5 years .As a senior yoga teacher here , I have taught many students and many of them have been coming for their daily yoga practice for more than 5 years to us. The center is very peaceful and calm with lots of big trees all around and is perfect for yoga practice and to teach yoga.
