Ms. Mimi Partha Sarathy

Combining Wealth and Wellness, is a mission and passion for Ms. Mimi Partha Sarathy, with a vision to bring a happy and healthy balance in our lives with financial stability and success as well as physical and emotional wellness and wellbeing through Yoga. This passion led to the creation of Sinhasi Consultants Pvt Ltd in 2005 and Krishna Wellness Yoga & Cultural Centre, later in 2014.

  • Ms. Mimi set up Krishna Wellness Yoga & Cultural Centre in 2014 with the goal of promoting the rich heritage of Indian Art, Culture, Dance and Yoga.
  • Certified Senior Yoga Teacher & Mentor with more than 2 Decades of experience – Certification from Internationally Renowned KYM SKWC Yoga Teacher Training Program – Diploma in Yoga – in Krishnamacharya Yoga Tradition
  • Reputed Classical Bharatanatyam Dancer and Mentor with over 4 decades of experience.
  • Master in Finance & Marketing and  Diploma in Cost Accounting – Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland with Over 26 years of experience in wealth management and financial advisory services.
  • Founded Sinhasi Consultants Pvt Ltd, in 2005, a much valued Financial Planning & Wealth Management Firm in India
  • Part of the core team of BPAC (Bangalore Political Action Committee) – a citizen’s group that aims to improve governance and enhance the quality of life of every Bengalurean through civic engagement and advocacy.
  • Supports several philanthropic initiatives – Ashwini Charitable Trust and several government schools in Bangalore for education of underprivileged children, Lourdes Old Age Home, CUPA & WRRC working with the rescue and rehabilitation of captive animals especially elephants.

Mr. Dinesh Chengappa

Mr. Dinesh has completed the internationally renowned Diploma in Yoga – Internationally Renowned KYM SKWC Yoga Teacher Training Program – Diploma in Yoga – in Krishnamacharya Yoga Tradition . He is also a Certified Instructor from AntiGravity Fitness. For Dinesh, yoga is not merely a form of exercise, but a discipline and a way of life. In his words, “Yoga is the best conversation with our body, breath, and mind, and the perfect way to begin each day.”

He has been practising yoga for over 14 years and has several years of experience in AntiGravity® Fitness training as well. His approach to teaching combines traditional yogic wisdom with a deep understanding of movement, balance, strength, and mindfulness. Through his classes, he strives to help students experience not only physical fitness, but also inner calmness, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.

Dinesh teaches yoga with great pride and sincerity, believing that the true essence of yoga lies in creating harmony within oneself. He finds immense satisfaction in seeing his students become healthier, more confident, and happier through regular practice. For him, one of the most rewarding aspects of teaching is helping individuals discover their inner strength and realise their true potential through yoga.

Krishna Wellness Yoga Centre holds a very special place in his journey, as it is the very centre where he completed his Diploma in Yoga program conducted exclusively in Bangalore every year by Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram. Returning to teach at the same centre where he once trained as a student is deeply meaningful to him and serves as a way of expressing gratitude to his Gurus. He feels honoured to share the message of traditional classical yoga in an environment that is serene, positive, and deeply connected to the true spirit of yoga.

Mr. Shyam Ahir

Mr. Shyam Ahir has completed the 300-Hour Teacher Training Course certified by Yoga Alliance International. Professionally, he is a well-known physiotherapist with extensive experience working with sports professionals and geriatric patients. Alongside his medical and therapeutic expertise, yoga has always remained his true passion and an integral part of his life.

According to Shyam, yoga is much more than a physical practice — it is a holistic path that nurtures physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being. His combined understanding of physiotherapy and yoga enables him to guide students with greater awareness of body alignment, movement, recovery, and overall wellness.

He has been passionately teaching yoga at Krishna Wellness for more than 11 years and believes that every class is an opportunity to positively impact the lives of his students. His teaching style focuses on creating a safe, encouraging, and mindful environment where individuals of all age groups and experience levels can practice comfortably and confidently. He is deeply committed to helping his students become healthier, happier, stronger, and more aware of themselves through consistent yoga practice.

For Shyam, teaching at Krishna Wellness is extremely close to his heart. He considers it a blessing to teach yoga in an environment filled with positivity, greenery, fresh air, and calmness. The serene atmosphere of the centre perfectly reflects the essence of yoga and allows students to experience peace and balance beyond the physical practice. Being able to share his knowledge and passion for yoga in such a nurturing space is truly a dream come true for him.

Ms. Drakshayini Kari

Ms. Drakshayini has completed the RYS 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification along with the Advanced Asana – Vinyasa Krama Workshop (Module 1) conducted by Krishna Wellness Yoga & Cultural Centre. She has also completed a Nutrition Course, which further strengthens her holistic understanding of health, wellness, and mindful living.

For Drakshayini, yoga is far more than a physical practice. She strongly believes that “Yoga is so much more than asanas — it is a way of life. Yoga is my life, my breath, my everything.” This deep connection with yoga reflects beautifully in both her practice and her teaching approach. She views yoga as a path that brings harmony between the body, mind, and breath, helping individuals lead healthier and more balanced lives.

Her classes are thoughtfully designed with a strong focus on spine orientation, body awareness, alignment, practice correction, and gradual strengthening. She believes that practicing with awareness and proper technique is essential for building both confidence and long-term well-being. Her calm and encouraging teaching style helps students feel comfortable, supported, and motivated throughout their yoga journey, regardless of their age or experience level.

Practising and teaching yoga gives her immense joy, satisfaction, and a sense of purpose. She finds happiness in seeing her students grow stronger, healthier, and more mindful through regular practice. For Drakshayini, teaching yoga is also a way of sharing the positivity, peace, and happiness that yoga has brought into her own life.
