Children learn Yoga very dfferently from adults. While the Asanas come effortlessly to them, what is
important is to make them love their practice so that they do it regularly to get the benefits of Yoga.
This needs our instructors to engage kids in fun ways with a lot of variety and patience.
These classes are conducted along with adults, many times their parents, so that kids get the needed seriousness even as the they teach the adults a thing or two about what their bodies can do!
Most people think that yoga for children is at best a holiday actvity. At Krishna Wellness Yoga, we believe that daily yoga is as essential for kids as it is for adults. But for this to happen, we must make yoga interesting a fun for kids.
Our expert teachers who have a lot of experience in handlings classes, give special attention to the children. And most of the time these kids are very flexible and love demonstrating the Asana postures for the rest of the class. And they surely have fun with the other yoga enthusiasts and students by pairing up and doing Yoga.
