abc About Yoga for kids

Children learn Yoga very dfferently from adults. While the Asanas come effortlessly to them, what is important is to make them love their practice so that they do it regularly to get the benefits of Yoga. This needs our instructors to engage kids in fun ways with a lot of variety and patience.
These classes are conducted along with adults, many times their parents, so that kids get the needed seriousness even as the they teach the adults a thing or two about what their bodies can do!
